Out of mutual respect for each other's time, please be informed that your stylist may have the following policies in effect.
Stylists' policies and fees may vary, so please consult your stylist to understand their specific guidelines.
Last Minute Cancellations
Kindly note that cancelling an appointment less than 24-48 hours of your upcoming appointment may result in a fee from your stylist. We reserve your spot exclusively for you, please let us know as soon as possible if you wont be able to make your reserved time.
No Shows
If you miss your appointment, your stylist may charge a fee. Please note that you might need to pay this fee before rescheduling your next appointment or be required to make a deposit to secure future appointments.
Late to Appointment
If you anticipate being more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, please notify your stylist as soon as possible. Please note that your stylist may not have enough time to complete your appointment and may require you to reschedule. If the stylist can still accommodate you, please note that they may not have enough time to perform all the scheduled services.
Sick
If you are feeling unwell, please do not come to your appointment. To ensure the safety and consideration of your stylist, other professionals, and patrons at A+Co, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment with your stylist.
